All items are handmade, so they may have minor imperfections or some minor differences in color or finish compared to display photos. These will not be considered a valid reason for a refund/return.

Valid reasons for a refund/return include:

• If an item arrives damaged in transit
• If an item gets lost in transit
• If you ordered something in the wrong size
• If you receive the wrong item
